 Annual Christmas Plant sale

It's time for our annual Christmas Plant sale. Pre-order Poinsettias & Amaryllis just in time for Christmas. Orders with payment are due Sept 29, 2011. Pick up is Saturday, Dec. 3rd. Poinsettias are in red, white or pink. 6" $14, 8" $20, 10" $23. A center piece with 1 red poinsettia surrounded by Diamond Point in a 14" pot is a bargain at $17. Amaryllis are in Red, White & Apple blossom for $15.

Junior League Cookbooks On Sale!
The Junior League has donated a number of their excellent hard bound cookbooks to the Pilot Club of Gastonia to support our projects. We are selling them for $8 each or $15 for 2. These make great gifts as well as for use in your own kitchen.

Camp Carefree

Brain Injury Association of NC sponsors their 17th annual retreat at Camp Carefree in Stokesdale, NC.

The NC District of Pilot International has made helping make this camp a success their district project. The Pilot Club of Gastonia is not only sponsoring a camper but 2 members are attending to help campers.

Knights of Columbus donate to Project Lifesaver

President Leann Wheeler accepts a check for Project Lifesaver from Mark Rusco with the Knights of Columbus. The Knights raise money through their L.A.M.B project to support programs for those with developmental disabilities. The Pilot Club assisted them in fund raising handing out tootsie rolls for donations.

A big Thank You to the Knights of Columbus for supporting Project Lifesaver.
